It’s a pretty sad commentary on our industry when things like: listening, following-through, and acting with integrity, are considered to be extraordinary conduct.  I have never really thought of my own actions as being anything out-of-the-ordinary; I just try to treat everyone with the highest degree of care and professionalism.  So it is important from my perspective that you know just what to expect:

 

 

  • I guarantee that I do not have any preconceived ideas about what I think you need, and that I will be listening to hear what YOU think you need or desire.

 

  • I guarantee that you will receive competent leadership and guidance every step of the way.  I will inform you of every option that I think may be of interest to you, and will discuss with you, the pros and cons of each alternative.

 

  • I guarantee that I will work diligently on your behalf and never simply take the path of least resistance; particularly if it means getting you a better deal.

 

  • I guarantee that I will be straight-forward with you in everything and that there will be absolutely NO SURPRISES when it comes time to close.

 

  • I guarantee that I will never shortchange you by simply telling you what I think you want to hear. Issues do arise in real estate transactions; it’s how you get through them that makes all the difference in the world.

 

  • I guarantee that I will never pressure you into a product, a timeline, or anything else that you may be uncomfortable with.

 

  • I guarantee that I will act with a sense of urgency; especially in the early stages at the open of escrow. This can set the tone for the entire transaction and help to alleviate a lot of unnecessary anxiety at the eleventh hour.

 

  • I guarantee that I will always treat your money as if it were my own, and will never put my need for a commission above your best interests.

 

  • I guarantee that when it comes time to sign your loan documents, every document will be explained to your satisfaction so that you understand WHAT you are signing BEFORE you sign it.
